Our answers to your questions

Do I have to come to the ski school when I arrive? Do I have to show something to the ski instructor?
If you already paid for your lessons, have collected your ski-passes, have an insurance and know where the meeting point is, you don't need to come to our office.
You don't need to show anything to the ski instructor, they have the names of their students on their phone. But just in case, keep the invoice you received by e-mail. 
Is the ski helmet compulsory?
No, it's not compulsory, but we strongly advise you to wear one. 
Are wrist and tailbone protectors (shorts) useful?
Even if we carefully progress, there is no harm in being protected! Be careful, unlike the helmet, this equipment cannot be rented at the resort. Remember to equip yourself beforehand.
My kids have the same level and I already booked. Can they be together in the same group?
Groups are made by the ski instructors. You can ask them on the 1st day to keep your kids in the same group.
